Did you like the recent Roblox Mega Hunt event and hope there was something else to look forward to? Well, you may be in luck! With May now arrived, rumors are circulating that another thrilling event is on the horizon—perhaps a comeback of the fan-loved Roblox Classic, but with a major upgrade.
What’s the Big Clue?
The largest clue is from Roblox Presents, the organization behind large official events such as the Mega Hunt. On April 30, 2025, they quietly built a cryptic “Testbed” experience. If you played the Mega Hunt, you may recall that a lot of games participating in it had similarly generic names prior to the event starting officially.
This Testbed experience might signal that another event is brewing—and following last year’s schedule, May was when Roblox Classic occurred. With the success of the Mega Hunt, however, it’s likely that this time we’ll have a Mega-sized Roblox Classic.
Could It Really Be Mega Classic 2025?
Roblox has been expanding rapidly, with increasingly more players joining each month. As a result of this, it would make sense that previous events—such as Roblox Classic—might receive a larger, improved “Mega” boost, similar to the Mega Hunt did.
But here’s the catch: Roblox has not officially said anything about it yet. Some fans (me included) are dreaming of a Mega Classic, while others would like a totally new thing. Truthfully? Either would be fine with me!
What Can We Look Forward To?
Whether it’s a brand-new event or a supercharged rendition of Classic, one thing is certain—it’s going to be huge! And let’s get real: after the massive cash prizes of the Mega Hunt, many players (including myself) are holding their breath for another chance at winning big.
Remember the excitement of discovering new areas of the Mega Hunt, hurrying to get challenges done, and fantasizing about that Grand Prize? Although I didn’t take it home, the thrill was absolutely worth it.
Final Thoughts
All we can do for now is wait and see what Roblox has in store. But with that Testbed experience already available, it’s safe to assume something big is on its way very soon.
